The ISI repair process

Upon arrival, an ISI technician inspects your medical equipment and makes note of any and all defects. We then provide you with a detailed customer quote. Always aware that hospitals and clinics operate within pre-set budgets, we work with you
to prioritize repairs when necessary. After customer approval, the ISI technician begins the repair process using manufacturer’s parts or quality OEM equivalents. Once serviced, the unit must pass a rigorous final inspection before leaving our lab. That’s the key to ISI success: no medical equipment leaves our lab until it is right.

ISI repair turn-around time is fast – usually one to three days – with insured shipping and handling.
