Loaner availability
Loaners are provided for customers that utilize the repair services of
Instrument Specialists, Inc. While it is nearly impossible to have a
loaner scope for all the various manufactures, makes and models, ISI is
constantly adding to our loaner pool for customer’s use.

Terms and
conditions of ISI loaner program ensure better
loaner service and availability to all of our customers: |

ISI will only
provide loaners for equipment sent to us for repair. |

A purchase
order number must be provided at the time of loaner request. |

The customer
has five (5) business days to provide authorization to proceed
with repairs as quoted. Equipment that has not been approved for
repair after this time will be returned to the facility unless
other arrangements are approved by ISI management. |

The customer
shall return all loaner equipment to ISI within two (2) business
days after receiving the repaired equipment. |

Loaners not
returned as required will be subject to a late-return charge of
$50.00 per day. These charges will be billed to the purchase
order assigned to the loaner.

Shipping
When a loaner is available, the loaner scope will be shipped Fed Ex
Priority that day. ISI will enclose with the loaner a pre-printed Fed Ex
Manifest for return shipping when the customer’s repaired scope is
received. Contracted customers will incur no shipping costs and all shipping
boxes will be provided free of charge.
