The ISI rigid endoscope repair process

Upon arrival, an ISI technician inspects your rigid endoscope and makes note of any and all defects. We then provide you with a detailed customer quote. Always aware that hospitals and clinics operate within pre-set budgets, we work with you
to prioritize repairs when necessary. After customer approval, the ISI technician begins the exacting process of endoscopy repair using manufacturer’s parts or quality OEM equivalents. Once serviced, the rigid endoscope must pass a rigorous final inspection before leaving our lab. That’s the key to ISI success: no endoscope leaves our lab until it is right.
